Hi my name is Michael Neuert and I have an issue with the Audio Control Utility which doesn’t work at all when I type in the code and wish it would because I want to increase my default volume on my focus and it should work before I did a full reset to install my Micro SD card that Utility worked because my default volume was louder than it was when I first got the phone so please help me out to try and fix this issue with the Audio Control Utility Diagnostic Code Please And Thank You.

@Michael: Michael, you made me realize that I had made a typo for the Audio Control Utility command. The command should be : *#0002*28345#
Hope this helps you better. Let me know
